I worked at Emmanuel Hospital Association as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – god fearing people , no discrimination,learning opportunities, working under safe and understanding leaders and officials who guides time to time for our responsibilities.
Cons – those who r working since long dont accept new people specially if a new person is head on them
Advice to Senior Management – permanent staff is to be transferred in 5 or 6 gap
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Cons – management and shortage of staff in each department
Advice to Senior Management – to look forward and get and filled vacant post for each department
