Pros

Nice office location in Campbell

Cons

If your name is not PV, your opinion doesn't matter. Very little strategy, just very tactical leadership chasing any possible piece of business. Jumping from one "vision" to the next as the wind blows. No real product, just build something custom if the client will pay. Not scalable. Little trust/confidence from the workforce. Pools to see who will be gone next.

Go for a long ride in your Lamborghini and let your leaders lead.

    Pros

    Pleasant office space, good South Bay location

    Cons

    Behind, and playing catch up with a 10 year industry presence. Company is sales driven despite never having shipped a product. Always a fire drill never a product roadmap. Teams may have talent, but no one has a tually been there done that.

    Go have lunch.

    Pros

    fast growing, intense with a lot of pressure with ability to make meaningful impact. fairly flat even with acquisition of 2 companies. salary comparable with other companies, but benefits significantly below. probably will go ipo pretty soon.

    Cons

    very top down, whatever is fancied by the ceo gets worked upon. sales driven, which means that the sales team dictates the features/products without long term vision. A lot of pressure to generate revenues fast. The company has 2 sides to it - the product side and the outsourcing customer service side, which are very different. There is so much pressure to get things out that the quality is affected.

    Please have long term vision and do not put unrealistic targets. Focus on quality.
