Current Employee – been working at 1-800-DENTIST full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – I've worked here ten years and still feel like I work for one of the best companies in America.
Really good benefits, plenty of holiday time off, amazing vacation days given. I have always been treated like I'm part of a family and never like I am just a number in a corporate setting. The Senior Management has always had high standards and values. This is the longest I've been at any company and I hope to stay another ten years!

Cons – With the ups and downs in the economy over the past 4 years the company has had to make a lot of changes to stay competitive, sometimes that change felt uncomfortable but looking back we have become a stronger company because of it.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
