Pros

You get to work at home. You can work in your pajamas or naked if you choose, lol. You get to talk from people from all walks of life who are usually friendly unless their order gets messed up. You get a great discount which comes in handy when Mother's Day, Valentines day and various other holidays roll around. Pay was always on time and deposited directly into my bank account.

Cons

You have to use your own equipment and training is sometimes very slow. Not every new hire is as competent and computer literate as you so you may need a little patience during training for those who aren't as quick to catch on.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire more efficient trainers. Give people the benefit of the doubt when they have emergencies.
