Long hours, little pay, no choice in schedule for at home work job

Work At Home Customer Service and Sales Agent (Current Employee)

ProsWork at home which saves on gas and seems convenient

Cons$9/hour, close to minimum wage
10-12 hour days including weekends, and no say in schedule whatsoever, basically you are there for them when they need you, and during peak times it could be 7 days straight without a day off and only 30 minute break per day
Have to have upgraded computer equipment, high speed Internet not wireless, designated phone (land, no mobile lines) line w/ noise cancelling USB headset and corded phone with additional compatible headset
Sales quotos are pushed and you are required to upsell

Advice to Senior ManagementMore $ for that kind of commitment

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
