Listen to the inputs of Small Franchises. Stay consistent with enforcement of standards. Stop preferential treatment.

    I worked at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

    Pros

    You are constantly lifting and working out so you tend to stay in shape.

    Cons

    On the road all day lifting heavy things and then driving to the next location to do it all over. Generally its overly repetitive. The services in my mind are overpriced and from talking to current employees they have stopped the profit sharing which was the only perk to the days where you work LONG days sometimes 7am-7pm or later. Once worked 7am-10pm

    Great work environment
    Fun atmosphere
    Excellent bonus opportunities
    Good management
    Great job for anyone who is willing to work hard

    Cons

    Hard work
    Long days
    Sometimes no work (not full time if people aren't scheduling appointments)
    Tiring being on the road so much

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't overhire -- I'd rather see less employees but working 40hr/wk than see few employees working 20-30hr/wk
    Remain positive
    Advertise more
