    Pros

    - Casual work environment and dress code.
    - Free coffee, fruit, and soda provided.
    - Monthly/quarterly bonuses dependent upon job performance.
    - Decent work/life balance.
    - A college degree is not always, if ever, necessary.
    - Two company parties a year.
    - Good entry level jobs straight from high school and/or college.

    Cons

    - Low pay scale in comparison to industry standards.
    - Little to no mobility or opportunities to advance. This is a job, not a career.
    - Little to no diversity in management positions.
    - Unorganized and unreliable Human Resources Department.
    - Favoritism among management is extremely obvious.
    - The products and policies are not customer friendly, as per many negative reviews on-line.
    - Money is the motive and it'll be obtained by any means they deem necessary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually fix the issues that you know exist instead of just continuously speaking about them. Weed out "bad" employees, promote the good, and bring some fresh faces in, specifically more minorities and women. Fix the products, improve the support provided, and start thinking of the customer as more than just a money pit.

    Pros

Good work and life balance and reasonable pay. The hours are fine and everyone is pretty laid back. Plus the dress code is whatever you want.

    Cons

Terrible benefits. 12 paid vacation days and 5 sick days. AWFUL. 401K is decent, but takes 6 months to kick in. Really, not much besides those few things. Plus the company is run by one guy that micromanages everyone and everything. Nothing gets done. If you want to make a change, good luck.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start taking control away from the "big man". It is impossible for one person to run a multi-billion dollar company from 3000 miles away.
