Pros – No one pays any attention to you.

Cons – No one pays any attention. So no one respects or values the work you do. No one tells why you won't be getting back the pay that was cut from your salary. No one tells you what they think of the job you're doing. No one tells you what's happening within the company. No one tells you why they hire people who have no ability and ignore people who do have ability. But if someone does tell you something, be aware: They're lying to you.

Advice to Senior Management – You stink.
