Pros

Great for some looking to make great commission that likes to sell and talk to people.

Cons

Retail schedule and benefits could have been better

Advice to ManagementAdvice

A designated trainer for new employees would be better than having managers train. It would take a big load off there plates

I have been working at 20/20 Companies as a contractor for more than 3 years

    Pros

With the right leads, you can make a decent living.

    Cons

You have to worry if you are going out to turf and you dont run into another 20/20 rep assigned to the same street. They do show favoritism and the managers cherry pick the best turf packets and get first dibs to the new territory. Also too many meetings instead of teleconferencing or video conferencing instead. Also upper management (Director and above) see you in the office rarley. Havent seen the Director in the office almost 8 months at least.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Support the reps more by going out to the field with them if your concerned if they knock properly and more effectively.
