I worked at 2020 Company full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Caring owners, great work/life balance, great benefits and competitive pay. This company did NOT have door to door salespeople; people writing those reviews have 2020 Company LLC based in Falls Church confused with a different company.

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunities due to company size. Company was acquired in May 2012, so 2020 is no longer in business.

I worked at 2020 Company part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

With enough humility and self-determination, you can make a decent amount compared to working at a retail store or a fast food joint.

    Cons

It requires a large amount of your time, despite the "flexible" hours, if you actually want to make money. There is no base income. It requires a lot of driving to get to where you need to go unless you use public transportation or bum a ride with a co-worker. Some general managers are arrogant idiots that won't support you unless you make them money. Others genuinely care about the psychological aspects of the job and don't want to stress you out, but these guys are rare. However, you can change GMs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider establishing an alternative pay structure to accommodate a base income.
