Pros

Great presence in So Cal. Opportunities to advance up the ladder. Pay is ok. Only work from Mon-Fri

Cons

They made u pay for parking at their own structure
Make you walk on water to please their own insureds regardless of the situation
Most supervisors there are not helpful or make you feel dumb when you ask for help
The company does not back up the adjuster's findings and often you have to change your stance to please your own customers.

    Pros

Very good place to work. Learned a new trade. Very friendly coworkers and a great place to work a summer job.

    Cons

No cons, I only worked there over the summer. Possibility of moving up in the company is probably limited unless you take the initiative to start your own branch
