A place to gain some experience, but there is a reason there is such a high turnover.

ProsYou stay healthy while working with like minded individuals that care about their fitness and health. (some take it a little overboard)
You see a lot of clients, become comfortable with approaching individuals
You get a free membership, and somewhat of a discount

ConsHigh pressure to always be better, I was Top Sales in the county one month, and the next month was slower, and was already being discplined for it.
There are some employees that will try to "steal" your clients, (AKA your money)
Managers first goal is meeting sales goal for their bonus, everything else comes second

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's a business and everyone gets their goals from corporate, but at least try to pretend like you somewhat care about your employees. It was obvious the whole time they did not care what you were doing, how you were doing it, as long there was $$$ at the end of the day. It sounds good, until you have people lying and cheating customers!
