-family and friend membership discount rates
-flexible with schedule

Cons

-low pay
-everyone has to clean up dirty locker rooms..which can get gross depending on what location you work at

I have been working at 24 Hour Fitness part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

24 Hour Fitness is a great place to work if you're a student. You can start as early as 6am, work as late as 10pm, or even be a graveyard employee. If you do not have a degree, this is a good place to start at the bottom and grow a career in a few years.

    Cons

Benefits do not exist until you are in management. It is very hit or miss. My club is in tip top shape, but others in town are a complete mess. It's all about the numbers, but the work is easy. If you have a degree, keep in mind that most likely none of your managers do.
