Pros

flexible hours
dynamic environment
somewhat new equipment

Cons

performance is not considering the client base
if members do not purchase training it is still the trainers problem

Advice to Management

integration with trainers and sales should be critical for trainers below the required hours. Additionally the current trainers should be given additional clients to maintain full time/ hourly requirements instead of hiring additional trainers that are required to have 5 weeks of clients provided.

    Pros

You get to work in a health industry filled with people striving to attain fitness goals, as well as helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle.

    Cons

Top pay to directors and V.P's that have grown with the company. That level of management has the history of the untrustworthy, gym mentality

    Advice to Management

Don't spend 5 million dollars on one gym. Land and money are really cheap right now. And your loyal members deserve quality gyms. Not glamor boxes.

    Pros

Free membership for yourself and an additional person, (Husband/Spouse Or Family only)
Huge Client base where you can build connections and network
    Great friendships and co workers

    Cons

    Commission was taken away
Hardly got raises if any it was hardly anything
Difficult to move up in the company due to favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to all team members to know who is actually fit to be promoted. Stop favoritism. Have a set manager and not move them around so much. Bring back commission for service reps for that was a motivational push to sell the supplements.
