Pros

Good money and the ability to talk to people about their health.

Cons

They hire people that just need a job and they are very young. This way they save money and have on-going issues with drama, bad service and call outs. You get what you pay for!

Advice to Management

Don't micro manage! Work more with your managers instead of communicating by email. Make fair requests based on what they are doing in the club. You are not there in the trenches and have an ivory tower attitude. Support and believe in the managers you have hired instead of thinking the worst of them when an issue comes up.

    Pros

Large attendance in group X classes.

    Cons

Not many reimbursement options for certifications and continuing education.
Employees are underpaid and treated like they are disposable.
Become part of the Group X director's clique or kiss your opportunities goodbye.
    No career growth guidance

    Advice to Management

Be more communicative with your employees and please treat them fairly even if having a bad day. We are not at fault for your life's trouble.
