I worked at 24 Hour Fitness part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Lenient schedule to fit in with school load. Bonus for meeting monthly sale goals.
Fun young crowd to work with and always meeting new people.

Cons

High pressure for sales, some people were just clearly not interested in a membership but were just there for their free 7 days. Were grilled if a sale was not made, some people who came in had memberships at other gyms.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more understanding that some people genuinely were not interested in a membership. Don't blame for sale not being made, but maybe go over how to improve next time.
