Ok place to work, pay is terrible.

Service Representative (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsThey will work around your schedule for school, hiring process was quick and easy. Also free membership is a plus.

ConsThe membership side of the gym hates to honor guest passes, and the membership managers will lie to guests to avoid giving out guest passes. Also they blame the front desk if someone was given a guest pass. The hours themselves are short, but awkward. And in the Houston area they start the front desk employees at 7.50 an hour, which is barely enough to pay for the gas to get there and maybe your light bill.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe straightforward with training the employees so that new employees and the managers are on the same page when it comes to guest policies and account billing questions.
