Advice to ManagementAdvice

Each an every staff member needs to be trained properly. 1-3 day training is not sufficient. It is ridiculous to think that someone could learn your business in that short amount of time.

Each office needs to be run in the same efficient manner.

You need to hire competent senior managers who treat each and every person with respect; and know how to communicate well.

It is important to communicate succinctly, accurately and in a timely manner.

I have been working at 24 Seven Talent full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The office boasts an open work environment where we can not only collaborative with one another, but also learn from each other's experiences with candidates and clients. Training for recruiters is great because our boss has a number of years of experience in the field. Every day is a new learning experience and opportunity for personal and professional growth.

    Cons

Because it is a small office environment tensions can rub off on others. Sales goals can be overzealous.
