I have been working at 2U

    Pros

    - Growing company with lots of opportunities
    - Partners with AMAZING programs that are honestly changing education
    - Students that graduate from 2tor's programs have a profound impact on the world because of their fields (Education, Nursing, Social Work, ...ect)
    - Fun company culture with monthly contests and events
    - Laid back dress code that allows employees to wear jeans every day
    - They do lots of drives in my office and promote charitable events across the company
    - Amazing management that listens to the employees
    - No Axxhole policy promotes a positive employee experience by encouraging employees to have an entrepreneurial spirit, support each other, and pitch in where needed
    - Outside of being amazing leaders with a great vision for education Chip and John are genuinely nice people who care about this company and the people that work for them.

    Cons

This company has gone through a few growing pains by becoming very large in a very short period of time. But it appears that the toughest times might be behind them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a better way for employees to communicate with upper management. Don't let the culture change as we get bigger.
