    Pros

The best co-workers you will have a truly magical CEO, Chip is the best.

    Cons

-Upper management has no idea what they are doing or how to do it and you will suffer as a subordinate because you will have no direction.
    - They have promoted people with no management experience and have created a strictly sales driven environment with out any training
-Ask for a job description or else they can fire you for anything, dont make the same mistake I did and think that because its friendly you are safe. Know what is expected of you and get it in writing
-You will be fired for no reason because the Admissions Counselor role is just pure sales now and not what it was before which was about helping students. Now its all about numbers. Upper management doesn't care about the employees anymore and they will fire you and give you no severance or recommendations.
-Get reference letters while you are there or if anyone says you are doing well because one day you will show up and they will fire you with no warning because of your sales numbers and you cant get any references for all your hard work and all the students you helped.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat people like human beings and let them go with notice or warning and offer a severance and a reference and dont be so cold and cut throat about numbers. People are more important in the long run. Make realistic goals for Admissions Counselors versus trying to create an unrealistic goal that lowers morale and makes people feel like factory workers. Make the Admissions role about helping students again and upholding university policies vs just recruiting anyone to meet numbers. This new cut throat approach of getting any and all students will lower university ranking and turn off university partners in the long run as well as employees who are dedicated.
