2Wire – “Work here only at the last resort”

Pros

two weeks paid training, flexible shifts, friendly coworkers, no assigned seating. dental and vision are free upon getting converted into an official 2WIRE employee.

Cons

stats become a chore to manage, management will literally change goals and metrics multiple times a month (considering that your performance is based on end of month statistics, this can be rather disheartening to see your score fluctuate quite rapidly )

Advice to Senior Management

supervisor support at 2WIRE was quite friendly but still not as effective as you would assume. management was not always the most helpful to notifying employees of sudden and immediately effective proposals and expectations.
