Pros – Been with 2e2 since the start, many colleagues have worked for over 10 years with the company. As it has grown by acquisition there have been many changes over the years but senior directors have remained constant and approachable. Very friendly and open culture. You are able to create and implement new initiatives easily and have a lot of freedom.

Cons – 2e2 a sales orientated company and with employee freedom comes a requirement to contribute to the business and it can be a competetive enviroment.
