I have been working at 360i full-time

Pros

You're always learning, and you work with a variety of people. Most people are pretty young, and the environment is hard working and fun. We have beer on tap and fun company and departmental activities.

Cons

It's not a huge con - Somebody has to do the grunt work, and when you're a coordinator that somebody is you!
