Pros

POTENTIAL, this company has some very strong web properties from real estate to financial services. People looking to be lead, smart rays of hope.

Cons

• 360's Management pure and simple:
• Ineffective CEO who changes full direction every 30 days or so
• A weak CFO and COO unable to put the CEO in check.
• Wild and crazy projections that have no reality
• A 70+% attrition rate from VP's down to the foot soldier.
• Remaking 30, 60 and 90 day plans
• Coming across 30,60,90 day plans from previous employee's that were actually good
• Coming into dozens upon dozens of unfinished projects.
• Lack of ethical consequences for actions to employees and clients
• Lack of Honesty and respect toward workers and especially partners
• Demoralized workforce that's given 3X the industry workload then expected to perform.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ed Sattar should not be running the day-to-day operations of this company. The current advisory board should be empowered and really steer the company to what it can become.

    Pros

Great coworkers. Interesting industry. The company could be amazing with better leadership.

    Cons

Whether you do a great job, decent job or sleep all day, your success is measured by how well you are liked (that day) by the CEO.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone new is not infallible and not everyone who has been there for a while is worthless. Appreciate the ppl who come in day in and day out and work their tail off for you. The total disrespect for employees makes ppl run. That's why turnover will always be high.
