I have been working at 360training full-time for more than a year

Pros

Some good people content with the chaos and politics
Foot in the software/tech company door if you don't have that experience
Low accountability
Get by on words/rhetoric/appearances

Cons

Lots of chaos and politics
Company isn't growing
Insane turnover rate (>70%)
More appearance than substance
Can't get good data

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why hasn't revenue grown in quite a few years?
Why is employee turnover so high?
Why don't large enterprise customers renew?
Why are there so many software bugs that don't get fixed?
Why so much emphasis on roadmap and vision, little to no emphasis on the current customer experience?

I have been working at 360training for more than 3 years

    Pros

I left 360training.com and recently came back . It feels like a totally different company that has been focused on improving employee satisfaction, quality of products and exceptional customer service. Other pros of the company are:
    -Great culture
    -Entrepreneurial
    -Sr. Mgmt is always accessible
-Caring and a genius CEO who continues to support people that have good ideas
-You will get to learn a lot from the brilliant people that 360training has been able to hire and retain

    Cons

    - Fast paced environment
    - If you are coming from a big company where the process are mature, it is easy to perform and
meet goals- I've noticed people from big companies struggle here due to lack of well established
processes that they are probably used to.
    - This place is not for non smart people or able to figure things out on their own

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - As we continue to grow, invest in resources that are putting in processes to sustain growth
    - Train your managers that have very little management experience to become better managers
    - Continue to what you have been doing - you guys are doing a great job.

I have been working at 360training full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Must be totally self-directed and willing to figure things out on your own. Interesting business and no more than a 45-50 hour work week to stay on top of work. Like in any job some wonderful and smart colleagues.

    Cons

Total chaos, gender discrimination, shady ethics, owner is a bully. Turnover is more than 60% each year so knowledge is lost every four to six months. Unprofessional and disrespectful, like high school or maybe junior high with gossip and cliques. Human resources is a joke, four directors in the past two years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow up, grow a pair, grow the company. Until CEO is out of the picture it will be more of the same, forever and ever.
