I worked at 3M as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Everyone at 3M is very smart and committed to their work. Great sense of collaboration. People look forward to their jobs and like what they do, which creates a great atmosphere.

Cons – It's a very large company, so you feel very small at times. I wish it would be easier to communicate with superiors.
