Very famous company .... good to have it on your resume.
Cons
Terrible IT systems.
Matrix structure is complex and hard to navigate. sometimes there is no common ground between a business division and the management of the geographic region. tough for a finance person to work in because we need agreement on numbers.
Advice to Senior Management
please improve your IT systems.
