Nice community of people to work with

The business has struggled through the recession whilst its competitors have grown, making the alternatives more appealing and staff retention difficult. They also need to perform a salary survey as the market is paying more than staff are currently being rewarded.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Win more business and quickly. Be more bold in your bid to retain staff.

    good start. If you have MBA or previous experience in the industry, you can negotiate a good renumeration

    Cons

    good to stay for a while, but not much growth... unless you have MBA, there is nothing to do there

    pay more attention to junior members. give realistic tasks

    I have been working at 4C Associates full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Sky's the limit if you are competent enough; friendly co-workers; managers by and large are very understanding when it comes to work-life balance

    Cons

    Lacking variety in project types, more consulting-type projects (i.e. not merely cost saving programmes) could make work more interesting

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    credit cards for employees on traveling projects;
    strategic repositioning/ restructuring of the company vision would have much more credibility among the employees and effective result if they were not scratched and started over every 6-8 months or so.
