I have been working at 7-Eleven

    Pros

Large company with growth, filled with many good talented people.

    Cons

Many leader do not have any real understanding of the business. most work to avoid responsibility and accountability. Women are treated as second class citizens with promotions reserved for males whether they have a good performance or not. Franchisees and store operators are often spoken of as if they are of no value behind the doors. Everything is done as a panic, the leaders blame the economy when things do not go right or anyone else they can point a finger at. Reserve raises for executives when they "think" they will have a bad year or for their chosen few.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop buying more stores untill you either improve the review of the aquisition process. Learn to buy the right store operations or how to operate profitably.
