  1. Exactly how you would expect it to be working at a gas station, work like a dog and get measly pay.

    I worked at 7-Eleven full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The different kinds of customers you get to meet everyday. Seeing your regular customers daily and having good conversation and laughs with them. Flexible scheduling.

    Cons

Too many things to get done in a day with not a lot of time to do them. Being alone for periods of time during night shift which is very unsafe. Worked like dogs for not good pay and little praise for hard work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your workers what they deserve, give them more chances to move up in the company if they choose.

I have been working at 7-Eleven full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

you'll get lot to learn, if you are related from the field of management, marketing & sales, once you are in its in you to grow

    Cons

don't get stuck on one position ,fight for the advancement, otherwise you'll remain in same position for your entire life

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

there should be a separate & neutral department who should watch and give advancement opportunity rather than rely on management,
