Cons

Same as any other service type industry such as various areas to work and times. A lot of the time you are outdoors which depends on the weather. Understandably, there is always going to be variables when it comes to the service industry, but there are perks as well.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep giving recognition to those hardworking employees who deserve it. I know clients and guests write in with positive feedback, and it's always nice to hear that and get that rewarding feeling that you made a difference to someone.
