You get Health insurance on the first day of hired. GM is very supporting, Good co-workers and hard working co-workers. You mostly get the weekend off.

Cons

If you happended to have some bad accounts around the area, you will be making little money. Working from 0530 AM to at least 6 PM. Since you are on the route all the time you got to eat out and mostly fast food. That is money spending and fat. 12 hours of driving which might involve safty.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure your employees get paid decently.
