Pros – Great Discount! Good benefits. You genuinely get to work with nice kids (sales associates) really not a lot of good.things..
Cons – The District manager shows favoritism like crazy. He was never around and has his store managers do all his work. Store managers break a lot of policy and depending on who they are, its gets overlooked. The people who shmooze get promoted and not the ones who work hard. The raises are almost nonexistent. They give you TONS of stuff to do but very little payroll. You are always there past your shift. The store manager in my store, didn't coach us, or try to.better us assistants. She was always in the phone or out of the store. They don't care how.long.you've.been there, they will still screw you over.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to.train people! Stop keeping quiet about shady things going on. Appreciate your assistants and help them get better instead of being negative, giving up ,and.then promoting people who don't deserve it. more payroll hours. Less sign and price chanfging.
