    Pros

    This company is very good if you are here to learn very new technologies in an innovative environment, A1 technology provide a range of mobile technology where you can work and learn.

    Cons

    They do not pay on time, there is no job security. I*f you are useful for them they will use you but they do not respect their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay salary on time, respect their employees because employees are everything for an organization to grow and compete with their competitors.

    I worked at A-1 Technology (New York)

    Pros

    They will give good hike on your present salary.
    Just make a fool of the client or praise the manager in front of him, that is enough to make your job comfortable, secure and stable

    Cons

    When the person wants to leave, the management will blackmail the employee by not issuing relieving letter.

    They will sign a 1 year contract, and now when the employee is bound, they will freely start deducting salaries

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My advice to management would be that they should resign from their designation and get some good experienced people in their place. Which i know is not possible because the person will not fire himself and bring someone deserving in his place, so i know its not usefull but still i am advicing them
