Low pay, shortage of available hours to work, large employee turnover, lack of communication between management and associates, hiring from outside for management positions.

Advice to Senior Management

In store employees should be offered MOD positions if they are qualified before hiring people from outside, pay raises should be higher to accomodate the higher cost of living, more communication between management and associates.
