I worked at A. Duie Pyle
Pros – It is consistant, dedicated work. The pay is fair and the benefits are good.
Cons – Management seems to be hired from outside the company making a lot more than other management. They always preach to "treat others as you would want to be treated" but is it more like
"do as I say, not as I do." Employees are reminded often how "people costs" is extreamly high and how the company has to manage it, although senior management makes a very healthy bonuses and salary. Moral is at a very low level. The company needs to focus on its "People" and remember that is what Pyle People loved the most at one time.
Advice to Senior Management – Remember Pyle People is what makes the team/company, not all the new highly paid senior management that is coming in and doing a poor job.
