Not too stressful work environment. The company is fairly decent about letting you have family time not interfere with work time.

Cons

They like to infantilize their employees with silly rules about what kind of food you can have at your desk and very annoying human resource practices.

Advice to Senior Management

Ask human resource management to find better things to do with their time besides come up with stupid rules that alienate employees.
