“Student Intern”
Former Employee – worked at A*Star
Pros – A very sociable and friendly environment wherein many opportunities are present to mingle with highly skilled and talented scientists from around the globe.
Cons – As much as it is following normal working hours (standard), one can expect working late hours or coming in much earlier ( esp, if it is related to lab research). Also, work can get very heavy depending on the type of research and funds made available.
Advice to Senior Management – Nil.
