A.T. Cross – “Overall a nice place to work.”

Pros

The benefits package is incredible. Also, the majority of the people who work there are proud to be there and are nice people.

Cons

There are far too many senior level VP's and decisions across all departments move at a snails pace due to this. Also there is a serious lack of infomation sharing across departments creating unnecessary duplication of work in many instances.

Advice to Senior Management

I would advise against having a top heavy organization. There are a few senior level managers/executives who are clearly there for decorative purposes and show up whenever they feel like and rely on those below them to do their job for them.
