One of the best reasons is Friendly culture without hyper competitive people. Another good thing is their recent focus on work life balance.
Cons
Pretty average sr. management capabilities. Strategy projects are usually handled pretty badly. Accepts projects even if not within their strong area.
Advice to Senior Management
- More focus on retaining good people
- More focus on creating strong ICs for strategy projects
- More focus on creating a structured thought process
