Pros

Work varies quite a bit...most is interesting, some less so
People are capable and pleasant

Cons

Some of the work is less interesting and not intellectually challenging
Some of the leaders do little to lead and develop more junior resources

    Collaborative culture when working with clients
    Few big egos
    Sincere efforts on the part of colleagues to help each other

    Cons

    Small minded partners in North America who don't feel they deserve to get strategy project even when they get the ear of the CEO
    Subjective promotions when people are past over despite exceeding their goals

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat every junior consultant as someone who will be a future partner or client and not an easily replaceable serf.
