Fast growth in terms of salary and responsibilities

ConsBeing smaller than McK or BCG, the intellectual capital available globally is more limited
Tendency to understaff projects, which means very long hours

Advice to Senior ManagementBenchmark the salaries for the lower ranks
Keep up with the great job done insofar (new brand positioning, focus on growth)
