Not too pleasant....Sr managements don't care about the employees.

ProsGreat benefits, good shows, friendly coworkers

ConsNo room for growth,too many unqualified managers. The pay is very low. They don't value their employees

Advice to Senior ManagementManagers should be trained to learn how to be leader. A department cannot be productive unless manager knows what they are doing

    Pros: Working for a worldwide recognized brand is always a nice… Cons: Way too many necessary people stuck in "temporary" positions. They tend to treat consultants as second-rate citizens.
