A&P – “Not a good company to work for”

Very old company with lot of knowledge and experience. Part of a much larger tangelman group.
Aquired pathmark in 2007.
Cons
Bad pay masters. Very bad management and policies. Invested a lot of money in upgrading their systems and stores. Food basics concept backfired due to recession.
Advice to Senior Management
Concentrate on basic category management.
