    Pros

rapid growing company. You would get a lot of help from the people you work with. If you are a new grad, it is a perfect place to learn

    Cons

Very long hours. you would work 6 days a week and 10+ hours a day. You'd get very minimal personal time to get to do anything

I worked at A10 Networks full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

A10 can pay well and there are plenty of options on offer
Plenty of flexibility for sales reps in cutting deals
They have some good reference accounts

    Cons

How much are your options really worth? Everyone has a ton of them
It is very difficult to compete with F5 or Citrix as they are dominant and have functionally richer solutions and existing relationships. A10 competes mainly on price alone and often times that is not enough to win a deal. A very tough sale in EMEA A10 has struggled to retain staff and penetrate the market.
The lawsuit always come up as strong objection in sales opportunities, despite what they tell you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Churning staff doesn't make it any easier to sell.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
