AAA Insurance Exchange – “Agents come and go, they can't retain their agents”

I'm a current agent in Las Vegas and the recent split between the "Insurance bureau" and " Club" is really going to hurt the agents in the branch offices. The "Club" side of the business has no money to spend so I foresee a decrease in benefits for all "Club employees" come the new year. contrary to what management has said, I don't see an increase in advertising, especially in Nevada and Utah where its non-existent. The compensation plan is probably going to get worse and I just see the eventual demise of the agents in the branches.As a 10 year employee of AAA, I really don't like the direction senior management has taken the company. It would be better off if they sold the "club" to Auto Club of Southern California. they seem to have their act together.
