Pros

An open environment where it's say to say what you think; the ability to move up in the organization if you're motivated; managers who treat their employees with respect; a company that treats its employees with dignity and respect; the ability to work for an organization (AAA) that people love and that helps its members (roadside assistance, insurance, travel, discounts)

Cons

I strongly disagree with many who have posted extremeley negative reviews on this site of CSAA. 2008 was a difficult year to be sure, but it was difficult for a lot of companies. AAA is a great company and I'm proud to be an employee, despite technology issues that are being addressed.
