Pros

The pay is very competitive compared to other insurance companies. I'd definitely recommend this place to others because it was an overall good experience.

Cons

They do work you to the bone if you plan on moving up in the company. Sales is an important factor but that's how it is with most insurance companies.

Advice to Senior Management

When I worked there, I was hoping to go from a part-time employee to a full-time employee but during the tough economic times, they were unable to offer me that even though the office was overly understaffed. I'd recommend that you make decisions on the business need rather than a narrow view on the company as a whole.
