Current Employee – been working at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange
Pros – Work from home 1-2 days per week
Cons – Sr Management is not interested in hearing facts; only want to hear what they want to hear. Will make numbers work no matter what and mean whatever they choose instead of honestly reporting performance of programs.
Old systems are being replaced but the people who do the actual work are not involved in the development of any new tools. Will fail just like the last system did if they continue to ignore expertise.
The smart people have already left; what's left are uninspired, unhappy employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Sweep house; eliminate the dead weight. Bring in experienced managers instead of promoting people out of loyalty for years worked or because of relationships.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
