not a place you would choose if you wanted to have a career

Emergency Road Side Representative (Current Employee)
Irving, TX

I have been working at AAA Texas part-time for more than a year

Prosthey do try to help give a work-life balance and you get paid better than most companies and also get bonuses every quarter based on your performanace and also a yearly raise. they provide food and have contest just about every month. the management knows who you are and they greet you by your name.

Constakes forever to accrue vacation time and it is hard to get time off. good schedules are hard to come by. you have to bid on a schedule and hope your performance scores are good enough to get the schedule you want. changes being made to the policies every month.

Advice to Senior Managementmore vacation time would equal less call outs leading to better attendance. That would also help in the retention of your employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
